整合医学护理模式对喉癌患者术后癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨整合医学护理模式在提高喉癌患者手术后生活质量的影响,通过找寻相应的护理对策,为提高喉癌患者的生活质量提供依据。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年11月期间于佛山市第一人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的80例患者作为研究对象。全部患者经病理组织学确诊为喉癌,按照收治时间的不同分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例),对两组喉癌患者均实行术后常规护理措施,而对实验组给予实行整合医学护理模式,并运用Piper疲乏修订量表(R-PFS)和中国头颈部癌生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN)评定实施干预的效果,所得数据采用统计学软件SPSS13.0进行处理分析。结果 对照组和实验组患者的R-PFS总分分别为(4.23±0.25)分、(3.84±0.14)分,实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.437,P=0.022)。对照组和实验组患者的QLICP-HN总分分别为(55.83±10.32)分、(78.95±8.35)分,实验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.812,P=0.021)。结论 喉癌患者进行手术后,使用应用整合医学护理模式进行干预,能在一定程度减轻其疲劳症状,并有效缓解心理压力和其他负面情绪,为肿瘤患者的康复和治疗提供了良好保障,大幅度提升了患者的生存和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical nursing mode in improving the quality of life of patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation,and to provide the basis for improving the quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer by looking for corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods 80 patients admitted into our department from January,2016 to November,2017 were selected as study objects.All the patients were diagnosed as laryngeal carcinoma by histopathology,and were divided into a control group(n=40)and an experimental group(n=40)according to the time of treatment.The control group received postoperative routine nursing measures of laryngeal cancer,while the experimental group received integrated medical nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing measures.The intervention effect was evaluated by Piper Fatigue Revision Scale(R-PFS)and China Head and Neck Cancer Quality of Life Scale(QLICP-HN).The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS13.0.Results The total score of R-PFS was(4.23±0.25)in the control group and was(3.84±0.14)in the experimental group,with a statistical difference(t=7.437,P=0.022).The total score of QLICPHN was(55.83±10.32)in the control group and was(78.95±8.35)in the experimental group,with a statistical difference(t=7.812,P=0.021).Conclusions The application of integrated medical nursing mode in postoperative intervention of patients with laryngocarcinoma can effectively relieve fatigue symptoms,significantly improve the psychological anxiety and pressure,survival rate,and quality of life,and provide a good guarantee for the recovery and treatment of the patients.
