前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法 选取2016年3月至2017年10月本院收治的84例糖尿病肾变患者。采取随机数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组单纯给予前列地尔注射液进行治疗,观察组采取前列地尔联合贝那普利的治疗方式。治疗前、治疗7周后,两组24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率以及不良反应发生情况比较。结果 治疗7周后,观察组24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.627、25.074,P=0.010、0.000)。观察组不良反应发生率7.14%与对照组11.90%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.553,P=0.457)。结论 前列地尔联合贝那普利在糖尿病肾变治疗中发挥了突出作用,24 h尿蛋白含量以及24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率显著降低,值的临床借鉴与应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.Methods From March,2016 to October,2017,84 cases of diabetic nephropathy admitted into our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,42 for each group.The control group were treated with alprostadil injection,and the observation group with alprostadil and benazepril.The 24 h urine protein content,24 h urine albumin excretion rate,and adverse reaction of the two groups before and after 7 weeks of treatment were compared.Results The 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate and 24 h urinary protein content were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group 7 weeks after the treatment(t=2.627 and 25.074,P=0.010 and 0.000).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(7.14%vs.11.90%,χ2=0.553,P=0.457).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is effective and can significantly decrease 24 h urinary protein excretion and 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate,so it worth for clinical application.
