摘 要:热煨弯管包覆式3LPE防腐工艺与冷带热熔3LPE防腐工艺相比较具有均衡防腐层厚度,极大节约了原材料的优点,与多层粉末喷涂3LPE工艺相较具有防腐层厚度不受工艺限制、防腐层强度、韧性等机械性能好等优点而备受关注,但是热煨弯管包覆式3LPE防腐工艺在大面积推广前还需要解决好高精度的自动控制系统,更加优化的复合式包覆模具设计等问题。Compared with the Cold adhesive belt hot-melt 3LPE coating technology,the cladding 3LPE coating technology has the advantages of equalizing the coating thickness,greatly saving the advantages of raw materials,and having the coating thickness not limited by the technology compared with the multi-layer powder sprayed 3LPE coating technology,The strength and toughness of coating have attracted much attention because of its good mechanical properties.However,the cladding 3LPE coating technology for hot bending bend needs to solve the problem of high precision automatic control system before it can be popularized in a large area.More optimized composite coating die design and other problems.
