摘　　要：EPC是建设工程的设计、采购、施工的英文首字母,在国际石油施工项目得到了大量的应用,由于石油国际建设工程存在着资金动用量大、影响因素多、风险大、技术含量高等特点,施工企业必须强化管理,控制好存在的风险。EPC is the first letter of English for the design,procurement and construction of construction projects.It has been used in a large number of applications in international oil construction projects.Due to the international construction of petroleum,there are large amounts of funds used,many influencing factors,risks,and high technical content.characteristics,construction companies must strengthen management and control the existing risks.
