摘 要:奥氏体不锈钢由于具有优良的性能而得到广泛应用。在航天领域,奥氏体不锈钢常作为航天地面管路系统材料的首选。某新建发射场地面管路系统距离海边1Km,由于特殊的海洋性气候,氮气管路系统中DN50弯头在使用过程中出现了介质泄漏现象。通过宏观观察、能谱分析以及微观组织分析等检测方法,发现了不锈钢弯头焊缝热影响区产生了晶间腐蚀。海洋大气环境下氯离子含量较高,首先腐蚀了薄弱的热影响区,引起腐蚀穿孔,形成泄漏通道。针对管路系统弯头腐蚀失效,进行了机理分析并提出了相应的预防措施。Austenitic stainless steel is widely used because of its excellent properties.In aerospace,austenitic stainless steel is the first choice material for aerospace ground systems.The piping system of a new launch site distance 1 km from the beach,due to the special maritime climate,the DN50 elbow of nitrogen pipeline medium leakage occurred during use.Through macroscopic observation,energy spectrum analysis and microstructure analysis,found that stainless steel elbow weld heat affected zone produced intergranular corrosion.Under the ocean atmosphere,Chlorine ion content is high,the heataffected zone is corroded firstly,causing perforation and forming a leakage channel.Aiming at corrosion failure of piping elbow,the mechanism is analyzed and put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
