摘　　要：弯管三层PE冷带热缠绕技术已经在国内管道涂装行业进行了推广,但成型涂层总存在各种缺陷。本文所讨论的热缠绕技术采用特殊的传动机构满足弯管垂直运行,在水平面上整体旋转的挤出机挤出热胶粘剂带和聚乙烯带缠绕在垂直上下传输的弯管表面,与喷涂的环氧粉末涂层所形成的3PE涂层,其与直管3PE涂层的防腐质量完全一致。The three layer PE cold belt hot winding technology has been popularized in the domestic pipeline coating industry,but there are all kinds of defects in the forming coating.This paper discusses the heat transmission mechanism by special winding technology meet the bend vertical movement in the horizontal plane,the overall rotation of the extruder extrusion heat adhesive belt and polyethylene tape wound on a vertical transmission on the tube surface,formed with epoxy powder coating spraying 3PE coating,3PE coating and the pipe anti-corrosion quality exactly the same.
