摘　　要：文章针对广西南宁市思览江整治工程的地质条件、场地条件等实际情况,如何通过对思览江重点河段进行疏浚整治,河势控制和河道清障等,如何采用工程措施与非工程措施相结合,提高河道的防洪治涝能力,以减轻或避免流域内的重点地区洪涝灾害损失,构建防灾减灾基础设施体系等方面进行探讨。Based on the geological conditions,site conditions and other actual situations of Silan River regulation project in Nanning City of Guangxi,China,the paper discusses how to dredge the key reach,control the river regime and remove the channel obstacle and also how to improve the prevent or control ability by the combination of engineering and non-engineering measures to reduce or avoid the loss of the flood disaster area,and finally explores the construction of disaster prevention and mitigation infrastructure system.
