清洁生产新工艺在东胜气田的应用

摘　　要：针对华北油气分公司东胜气田生产过程中,需要加注甲醇解防堵,存在环保风险且含醇污水处理费用高的问题,结合目前东胜气田高压集输和井下节流低压集输工艺现状,华北油气分公司首创采用"环保水合物抑制剂防堵、污水无害化处理与药剂回收"清洁生产工艺。该技术通过应用无毒环保水合物抑制剂解决气井水合物堵塞问题,替代应用甲醇解防堵工艺,同时应用污水无害化蒸发处理与药剂回收工艺实现污水无害化处理与药剂回收,在符合环保要求前提下实现低成本生产。现场应用表明,该技术能够实现污水、污泥处理过程及排放物符合环保要求,试验9口气井相比往年同期生产时率提高3.3%,每1 m^3污水处理成本降低约180元,应用效果显著。During production at Dongsheng Gasfield at North China Oil and Gas Company,methanol is often injected to control or removing the plugging. That will pose environmental hazards and high dispoal cost. And now high pressure gathering& transportation and downhole throttling low pressure gathering& transportation adopted,so a clean production process consisting of environmental hydrate inhibitor used to avoid plugging,harmless treatment of sewage and additive recovery is firstly developed and used by North China Oil and Gas Company. Field application results show that this technology can help to achieve the environmental discharge of waste water and sewage,the production rate of the nine gas wells tested is increased by 3. 3 percentage points when comparing with that at the same period in previous years,and the treatment cost of per 1 cubic meter sewage is decreased by about 180 RMB.
