摘 要:为了解决长庆苏里格气田清洁化生产中废弃钻井液净化处理难题,研发出了适合于一开低固相钻井液净化处理的固液分离及回用技术,试验成功后推广应用270井次,固液分离出的清液可用于配制二开清水聚合物钻井液,清液回用率达到100%,解决了一开低固相钻井液的回收利用问题。研发了适合于完井钻井液的净化处理技术,现场试验并推广应用290井次,能将现场完井钻井液彻底破胶、脱稳,再经过井队现有固控系统处理后,固相与液相彻底分离,净化后常规井液相密度≤1.05 g/cm^3,黏度≤30 s,水平井液相密度≤1.10 g/cm^3,黏度≤32 s。固液分离后的液相用于配制现场钻井液,各项性能参数与采用清水配制的基本相同,实现液相全部回用。分离出的固相与现场钻屑一并无害化处理后,也达到苏里格气田钻井液"不落地"要求。To have a good solid-liquid separation and recycling of drilling fluid at Changqing Oilfield,many tests have been carried out,including breaking mechanism study,solid-liquid separation,waste fluid recycling,etc. This waste fluid treatment has been successfully applied in the solid-liquid separation of the low-solids first spud mud from 270 wells in Sulige Gasfield. It is found that the separated solution can be recycled to prepare drilling fluid for the second spud,thee separated solution recycling is up to 100%. A solid-liquid separation and recycling technology for completion drilling fluid has also been developed and applied in 290 wells at Sulige Block of Changqing Oilfield,the density and viscosity of the separated solution are below 1. 05 g/cm^3 and 30 s in conventional wells,below 1. 10 g/cm^3 and 32 s in horizontal wells. The separated solution can be completely reused to mix new drilling fluid on well sites. The separated solids will be treated together with drilling cuttings,which will be no harm any more,meeting the requirements of clean production at Sulige gasfield.
