摘　　要：目的研究社区心力衰竭患者睡眠障碍及社区护理干预价值。方法对照组给予常规管理模式,观察组给予社区护理干预模式,观察两组患者生活质量改善情况。结果观察组入眠时间、夜醒时间、再次入眠时间及晨醒时间明显低于对照组,睡眠质量改善效果明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在累积夜尿次数、健康状况评分、心功能分级中重度人数、明显区别于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预模式的开展对社区心力衰竭患者睡眠障碍的应用疗效确切,有着较为显著的对比优势,值得临床大力推广。Objective To study the value of sleep disturbance and community nursing intervention in community heart failure patients.Methods The control group was given the routine management mode,and the observation group gave the community nursing intervention mode to observe the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups.Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the time of sleep,wakefulness,reentry time and wake time,and the effect of sleep quality was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,the number of nocturnal urine,the health status score,the number of cardiac function grading were significantly different from the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community nursing intervention model is effective for the application of sleep disorders in patients with community heart failure.It has a significant comparative advantage and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
