冠心舒通胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究冠心舒通胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的疗效及可能的机制。方法选择甘肃省庆阳市人民医院中西医结合科,2016年8月~2017年7月收治的符合ACS诊断标准的57例患者,随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(28例)两组,均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组加服冠心疏通胶囊,每日3次,每次3粒,口服共4周。观察两组临床疗效、心电图、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)及甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果治疗组的心电图变化、hs-CRP和LDL-C水平下降均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时临床疗效和TG也有明显改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊可以通过多种途径减轻心肌损伤和炎症反应,改善患者心电图缺血改变,从而提高ACS患者的疗效。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and possible mechanism of guanxin shutong capsule to treat acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods We selected fifty-seven patients diagnosed ACS in People's hospital of Qingyang,Gansu province from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014.They were randomized into treatment group(n=29)and control group(n=28)Besides using conventional therapy,treatment group adopted additional guanxin shutong capsule,which was taken orally three times per day and three grains every time for 4 weeks.Then treatment outcomes including therapeutic effect,ECG,serum hs-CRP and LDL levels and TG level were measured.Result Treatment group had a significant difference in aspects of ECG improvement,serum hs-CRP and LDL levels(P<0.05).therapeutic effect and TG level was also improved,while failed to reach statistic significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Guanxin shutong capsule can enhance treatment effects through multiple pathways for ACS to limit myocardial injury and inflammatory response,and improve clinical outcomes especially in ESG.
