阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法对2015年4月~2018年1月间符合纳入标准的冠心病患者60例展开对比分析,以数字表随机原则分对照组30例给予单用曲美他嗪治疗,研究组30例则给予阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪的联合方案治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.91%(28)明显高于对照组63.64%(22),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与收缩末期内径(LVESD)等心功能指标水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪应用于治疗冠心病中确可获得满意效果,有助于改善患者心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods From April 2015 to January 2018,60 cases of coronary heart disease were compared and analyzed in accordance with the inclusion criteria.30 cases in the control group were given single use of trimetazidine,and 30 cases in the study group were given the combined regimen of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the study group,and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.91%(28)significantly higher than that of the control group 63.64%(22),and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and the end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of coronary heart disease.It is helpful to improve the cardiac function of the patients and is worthy of clinical application.
