随钻扩眼技术在渤海某油田的应用

摘　　要：随钻扩眼技术采用随钻扩眼工具配合常规钻头钻具组合,在正常钻进的同时扩大原井眼,不仅减少了起下钻时间,提高了机械钻速,同时也降低了卡钻风险,已逐渐成为一种应对塑性蠕变复杂地层、优化井身结构、提高油气井建井质量、提高钻井速度、降低钻井作业成本的钻井新技术。Reaming while drilling tools are used to integrate conventional drill bit assembly in reaming while drilling technology to expand the original hole during normal drilling,which not only reduces the drilling time and improves the mechanical drilling speed,but also eliminates the drilling risk.The new drilling technology has increasingly applied to plastic creep complex formation,optimization for the wellbore structure,well quality improvement,drilling speed acceleration and drilling cost reduction.
