摘　　要：从长期看,服务业结构变迁促进经济增长效率提高。但是由于短期内受到要素扭曲等多种因素影响,服务业结构变迁对经济增长效率的影响过程非常复杂。本文将服务业结构变迁划分为服务业结构合理化和高度化,构建服务业结构变迁对经济增长效率影响的动态面板模型,并选取1999—2012年中国30个省级区域的面板数据,运用系统GMM方法进行实证检验。结果表明,服务业结构合理化与经济增长效率显著正相关,服务业结构高度化则与经济增长效率显著负相关。由于人才、知识等要素"质量"不匹配,中国知识密集型服务业的附加值偏低,在全球价值链分工中处于"低端嵌入"状态,这是服务业结构高度化抑制经济增长效率提高的重要原因。Changes of the service industry structure could improve efficiency of economic growth for long periods.However,due to the influence of factors such as factor distortion in the short term,the process of service structure changes has a very complicated effect on economic growth efficiency.In this paper,the service industry structure is divided into two dimensions:rationlization of the service structure and upgrading of service structure.The dynamic panel model of the influence of structure changes of service industry on economic growth efficiency is constructed,and panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1999 to 2012 are selected.The GMM system is used for the empirical test.The results show that rationalization of the service industry structure hada positive effect on efficiency of economic growth,and the upgrade of the service industry structure had a negative effect on it.Two methods are used to measure the rationlization of the service structure,and the structural change model of the sub-regional service industry is further tested,and the consistent estimation result is obtained.Furthermore the value-added of China’s knowledge-intensive services is low in the“low-end embedding”state in the division of the global value chain due to the“quality”mismatch of factors such as technology,talent and knowledge,which is the important reason for the upgrade of the service industry structure to obstruct the efficiency of economic growth improvement.
