摘 要:通过室内培养实验,研究不同施用量(1%、2%、5%、10%、20%)的生物炭对锰矿区周边土壤中3种重金属锰(Mn)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)的固化效应。结果表明,生物炭施入土壤可使土壤中酸溶态、可还原态Mn、Pb、Cr含量分别降低1.18%~61.70%、2.38%~62.15%;而使土壤中可氧化态、残渣态Mn、Pb、Cr含量分别增加1.9%~224.41%、1.33%~44.5%;并且生物炭施入量与土壤中酸溶态、可还原态Mn、Pb、Cr含量呈显著负相关(r:-0.850^-0.526,P<0.05),与土壤中可氧化态、残渣态Mn、Pb、Cr含量呈显著正相关(r:0.589~0.880,P<0.05)。培养时间的延长对土壤中酸溶态、可还原态Mn、Pb、Cr向可氧化态、残渣态的转化有一定的促进作用。生物炭的施入也可极显著提高土壤p H值(P<0.01),土壤p H值与土壤中酸溶态、可还原态Mn、Pb、Cr含量呈极显著负相关(r:-0.832^-0.559,P<0.01),与土壤中可氧化态、残渣态Mn、Pb、Cr含量呈极显著正相关(r:0.634~0.878,P<0.01),但培养时间对土壤p H值的变化无显著影响。该研究结果可为生物炭对湘潭锰矿区周边土壤中重金属Mn、Pb、Cr的固化效应研究提供一定的理论依据。The curing effect of different dosage of biochar(the mass fraction of biochar is 1%,2%,5%,10%,20%)on three kinds of heavy metal manganese(Mn),lead(Pb),chromium(Cr)in the soil nearby Xiangtan manganese ore area was studied through indoor culture experiment.The results indicated that the biochar could reduce the content of acid soluble state and reducible Mn,Pb,Cr in the soil respectively by 1.18%~61.70%,2.38%~62.15%.However,the content of oxidized state and residual state Mn,Pb,Cr in soil increased respectively by 1.9%~224.41%、1.33%~44.5%.In addition,there was a significantly negative correlation between the content of biochar and the content of acid soluble state and reducible state Mn,Pb,Cr in soil(r:-0.850^-0.526,P<0.05),the content of oxidized state and residual state Mn,Pb,Cr had a significantly positive correlation with the content of biochar(r:0.589~0.880,P<0.05).And,the extension of the cultivation time had certain promoting effect on transforming the acid soluble state and reducible state Mn,Pb,Cr into oxidized state and residual state.The application of biochar could very significantly improve soil pH value(P<0.01),the soil pH value had a very significantly negative correlation with the content of acid soluble state and reducible state Mn,Pb,Cr in soil(r:-0.832^-0.559,P<0.01),and there was a very significantly positive correlation between the content of biochar and the content of oxidized state and residual state Mn,Pb,Cr(r:0.634~0.878,P<0.01),but the incubation time had no significant effect on the change of soil pH value.It can be seen from the experimental results that biochar has a good curing effect on Mn,Pb and Cr in the soil nearby Xiangtan manganese ore area,and the greater the dosage,the more significant curing effect.This experiment can provide some theoretical basis for the study on the consolidation effects of biochar on Mn,Pb and Cr in soil nearby Xiangtan manganese ore zone.
