摘  要:旅游信用体系建设是规范旅游市场秩序、优化旅游环境、促进旅游业发展的有效手段。从政府管理部门、当地社区居民、旅游行业要素三个主体出发,构建目的地旅游信用评价体系,并运用相关性分析和回归分析对乐山市旅游信用度进行评价,发现乐山市旅游信用度总体评价不高,政府管理部门、当地社区居民、旅游行业要素与目的地旅游信用度之间存在显著的正相关关系,且当地社区居民对于目的地旅游信用的影响最大。为提高旅游目的地的旅游信用度,应强化政府服务意识,健全旅游信用评价机制,建立奖励惩罚机制,营造诚信旅游氛围。Tourism credit system construction is an effective means to regulating tourism market order,optimizing tourism environment and promoting tourism development.Starting from the main subjects of government departments,local communities,and tourism industry factors,the paper establishes a credit evaluation system,and evaluates Leshan tourism credit by using the correlation analysis and regression analysis.It’s found that overall evaluation credibility of Leshan tourism is not high,that there is significant positive correlation between the government management departments,local communities,tourism industry factors and destination tourism credit,and that the influence of local communities upon the destination tourism credit is the largest.In order to improve the destination tourism credibility,it’s necessary to strengthen the awareness of government service,improve the mechanism for tourism credit evaluation,establish reward and punishment mechanism,and create an atmosphere of honest tourism.
