摘　　要：本文综述了投标人之间围标、串标的一般类型和特征,以某地2010至2014年房屋建筑施工公开招标项目的交易统计数据为基础,探析了投标人围标、串标行为的潜在性,并利用博弈理论分析了问题产生的原因,提出了防治对策及建议。:This article summarizes the general types and characteristics of bids and bids between bidders.Based on the statistical data of the transaction of open bids for building construction from 2010 to 2014,the bidder's bids and the behavior of bids are analyzed.Potentiality,and the use of game theory to analyze the causes of the problem,put forward prevention measures and recommendations.
