摘　　要：依据《绿色建筑行动方案》的推进要求,简述了高校校园发展绿色建筑的必要性和必然性,分析了绿色材料采购对创建绿色建筑和既有建筑节能改造的意义,论述了绿色采购的标准把握、方法采用等关键问题,对高校绿色建筑、创建绿色校园中实施绿色采购活动进行了实证研究。According to the requirements of the"Green Building Action Plan",the necessity and inevitability of the development of green buildings in college campuses are outlined,and the significance of green materials procurement in the creation of green buildings and existing building energy-saving reforms is analyzed,and the green procurement is discussed.Standards,methods,and other key issues were used to conduct empirical research on the green building of colleges and universities and the implementation of green procurement activities on green campuses.
