摘　　要：最低投标价法是我国法定评标方法之一,但由于种种原因,在采购实践中运用这一评标方式时仍然存在着许多误区。本文试图通过对当前我国相关法律、法规中有关最低投标价规定的梳理,通过对相关问题进行剖析与思考,就如何正确地使用最低投标价法这一评标方式提出一些拙见。The lowest bid price method is one of the statutory bid evaluation methods in China.However,due to various reasons,there are still many misunderstandings when using this method of bid evaluation in the procurement practice.This article attempts to analyze the relevant issues through the analysis of relevant minimum laws and regulations in China's relevant laws and regulations,and presents some suggestions for how to correctly use the lowest bid price method.
