复杂地形条件下的大型文体综合体项目设计初探——以贵州省毕节市金沙县奥林匹克中心项目为例

摘　　要：随着体育与文化产业在全国范围内的蓬勃发展,也带动了各地诸如"多馆一中心"文体综合体模式的大量性建设。这种集约开发、综合建设的模式,一方面可以有效节省土地资源,补充体育文化设施,满足市民群众体育健身与文化休闲的需求;另一方面也可提升城市区域影响力和竞争力,对当地旅游经济的发展有良好的促进作用。该文以金沙县奥林匹克文体中心项目为例,探讨在复杂地形条件下,这种集合了游客商务中心、体育场(含训练场)、体育馆、游泳馆、博物馆、档案馆、图书馆、科技馆、文化馆、规划展览馆、少年宫、工人文化宫、剧院多种功能为一体的大型文化与体育集群建筑,在设计过程中如何整合利用现状复杂地形,因地制宜建设布局并达到各功能体集约共享的一些设计体会。With the vigorous development of sports and cultural industries in the whole country,it has also led to a large number of building models such as"multi hall,one center"stylistic complex.On the one hand,this mode of intensive development and comprehensive construction can effectively save land resources,supplement sports cultural facilities,meet the needs of public sports fitness and cultural leisure.On the other hand,it can also improve the influence and competitiveness of urban areas and promote the development of local tourism economy.Taking the Olympic Sports Center project of Jinsha County as an example,we discuss the collection of tourist business center,stadium(including training field),gymnasium,swimming hall,museum,archives,library,science and technology museum,culture museum,planning exhibition hall,juvenile palace,worker culture palace and theatre.In the design process,how to integrate the complex topography of the present situation,to get some design experiences of the layout according to the local conditions and to achieve the intensive sharing of various functional bodies.
