基于改造回访对新形势下上海里弄保护更新的思考

摘　　要：针对上海里弄建筑即将展开的更新工作及其在新形势下的特征,该文对于之前改造特征与接下来工作颇为相似的几处有代表意义的里弄进行了回访,根据回访结果,从居住标准诉求、技术方式选择、政策影响等几个方面进行了反思及总结,提出对接下来新形势下的里弄保护更新的思考,包括基础设施的布局、改造目标的设定、更新方式的选择以及机制的探索,目的在于推进里弄建筑以多元更新主体为基础的,完善政策支持为保障的,保护城市历史文化遗产为目标的保护更新方式的最终建立。In view of the new renewal work and its characteristics in the new situation,we made a return visit to several representative cases,which have been renewed in the previous years and presented similar characteristics with the new renewal work.According to the results of the return visit,we summed up the conclusion from the living standard appeal,the choice of technology,policy impact,and other aspects,and put forward several reflections for the next situation of protection and renewal,including the layout of the infrastructure,transformation of the target set,system of the renewal method and the exploration of the mechanism.The target is to promote the final establishment of the protection and renewal mode,which is based on the diversity of the renewal main body,supported by the complete policy,and with the goal of historical and cultural heritage protection.
