摘 要:为从整体角度把握联合火力筹划系统,运用系统工程的理念和方法对联合火力筹划工程化系统进行分析。从时间维、逻辑维和专业维进行剖析,从联合火力筹划准备一直到战斗结束,按照时间顺序分为紧密相连的3个阶段,再将时间维的每一个阶段展开划分为4个逻辑步骤,同时运用各种专业知识来完成各阶段和各步骤。结果表明:该方法能实现火力筹划指挥程式化和指挥效率的全面提升,对提升联合火力筹划指挥效率具有重要的意义。In order to grasp the overall perspective of joint fire planning system,the concept of systems engineering can be applied to the system analysis on joint fire planning.Analyzing from the dimensions of time,logic and profession,it can be divided into 3 relevant stages from the preparation of joint fire planning to the end of the battle,and then each stage of the time dimension can be divided into 4 logical steps,and by using various professional knowledge to complete various stages and steps.The results show that stylization of the fire planning command can be achieved and the command efficiency can be enhanced comprehensively by this method.
