摘 要:为研究阴极旋转和高频振动对旋转超声电解复合加工流场的影响,文章利用有限元ANSYS CFX,建立了旋转超声电解复合加工孔类零件的流场仿真模型,分别分析了阴极旋转和阴极高频振动下加工间隙内的流场变化。分析结果表明,两种运动都能加速电解液的流动,有利于气泡的排出,且高频振动效果优于阴极旋转的效果,但过高的转速和振幅会造成气泡在阴极表面聚集,反而影响旋转超声电解复合加工,这为后续旋转超声电解复合加工技术研究提供了基础。In order to analyze the effect of the rotation and vibration of the cathode to the fluent field of the rotary combined ultrasonic and electro-chemical machining(RCUECM),the fluent simulation model of the RCUECM was established based on the ANSYS CFX in the paper and the change of the fluent field in the inter-electrode gap with the rotation or vibration of cathode.The results showed that both of the motion accelerated the flow velocity of the electrolyte,which was beneficial for the discharging of the bubble and the effect of the vibration was better than the rotation.But the higher rotation speed and the larger vibration amplitude would lead to the gather of the bubble on the surface of the cathode and affected the velocity of RCUECM,which provided the basis for the research of the RCUECM in future.
