摘  要:针对城市生活污泥处置,为了实现填埋场污泥的减量化和资源化,提出了基于药剂调质的真空预压法.通过比阻试验确定了用于某生活污泥的调质药剂FeCl_3的最优添加量;对采用FeCl_3和CaO不同调质药剂的污泥分别进行了固结试验和真空预压试验,研究了调质污泥的固结特性与渗透特性.结果表明:单独采用FeCl_3调质污泥时存在最优添加量,试验中FeCl_3的最优添加量为干基的20%,此时污泥比阻最小,渗透性最好;经药剂调质污泥的固结系数和渗透系数均比原始污泥有较大程度提高,其中FeCl_3和生石灰混合调质的污泥提高幅度最大,FeCl_3调质的次之,生石灰调质的最小;经药剂调质的污泥在真空预压试验中表现出了很好的排水效果,其中FeCl_3和生石灰混合调质污泥的处理效果最好,FeCl_3调质的次之,生石灰调质的稍差,与固结试验得到的结果一致;经混合药剂调质处理后泥饼的无侧限抗压强度可达到47 kPa,含水率从84.2%降至70.6%左右,体积大为减小.研究成果对于真空预压原位处理污泥具有一定的指导意义.Aimed at the disposal of municipal sewage sludge and reduction and resource recycling of landfill sludge,the additive agent-combined vacuum preloading method is put forward.First,the optimum addition of FeCl 3 was determined by the specific resistance test.Then,the model test was conducted to investigate the consolidation and permeability properties of the upgraded sludge by vacuum preloading treatment and consolidation experiments of sludge treated with FeCl 3 and CaO conditioning.The test results show that when the sludge is tempered by FeCl 3 alone,the optimum quantity of FeCl 3 exists.And,the optimum addition amount of FeCl 3 is 20%in the experiment.Meanwhile,the specific resistance of sludge is the least,and the permeability is the best.The consolidation and permeability coefficient of the chemical-modified sludge are higher than those of the original sludge.The treatment effect of FeCl 3 and CaO mixed sludge is the best,FeCl 3 comes second,and quicklime is smaller.The upgraded sludge shows a great drainage effect in the vacuum preloading test.The treatment effect of FeCl 3 and CaO mixed sludge is the best,FeCl 3 comes second,and quicklime is smaller.It is in agreement with the result of the consolidation test.The unconfined compressive strength of the upgraded sludge can reach 47 kPa,and the water content decreases from 84.2%to 70.6%.The volume is greatly reduced.The research results have some guiding significance for the in-situ treatment of sludge vacuum preloading.
