摘　　要：为响应国家"一带一路"对外开放战略,推动全球再平衡,充分利用我国高分辨率遥感卫星数据,生产全球地理空间数据产品,提供全球高精度地理信息综合服务,从全球地理信息资源建设项目核心矢量生产流程入手,介绍了其技术流程和新的技术手段。In response to the national“The Belt and Road”opening strategy,promoting global rebalance,we made full use of our high resolution satellite remote sensing data to product the global geospatial data,and provided global high precision integrated geographical information service.We began with the core vector production process of the global geographical information resources construction project,and introduced its technical process and new technical means.
