摘　　要：介绍了吕梁DJ选煤厂扩能技改工程的特点:采用1台S-3GHMC870/295型超级无压给料三产品重介质旋流器取代原有的3GHMC1300/920重介质旋流器,同时适当增减其他设备,将该厂设计生产能力由1.80 Mt/a扩大到4.22 Mt/a,工程投资约2 300万元,单位投资9.49元/t,工期55 d,投产后达到了预期效果。This paper introduces the characteristics of the technical reformation project for capacity expansion in Lvliang DJ Coal Preparation Plant. The 3 GHMC1300/920 heavy medium cyclone is replaced by a S-3 GHMC870/295 super three-product heavy medium cyclone of no feeding pressure.At the same time, through some modification on other equipment, the design production capacity of plant is expanded from 1. 80 Mt/a to 4. 22 Mt/a. The investment of this project is about 23 million Yuan,and the unit investment for one ton of raw coal processed is 9. 49 Yuan. The construction period is 55 days. The expected results are achieved after production.
