摘　　要：分析了我国煤炭企业在安全培训方面存在的问题;提出了针对性的应对措施和建议:随着时代的发展和社会的进步,要求煤炭企业转变传统观念,创新思维,优化安全培训体系和模式,科学定位安全培训目标,全面提高从业人员安全素质,构筑安全生产长效机制。This paper analyzes the problems and their causes of safety training in coal enterprises in China,and puts forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions. With the development of the times and the progress of the society,coal enterprises are required to change traditional concepts,innovate thinking,optimize safety training system and modes,position safety training objectives scientifically, improve the overall safety quality of employees comprehensively and build a long-term mechanism for safe production.
