平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤的临床效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探析在咽喉部血管瘤治疗中应用平阳霉素进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取在我院接受诊疗的50例咽喉部血管瘤患者作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组应用博来霉素进行治疗,研究组应用平阳霉素进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后生活质量进行观察分析。结果:比较两组患者的临床疗效发现,研究组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,两组间存在显著差异,具有统计学意义。比较两组患者的不良反应发生率发现,研究组低于对照组,P<0.05,两组间存在显著差异,具有统计学意义。比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量发现,治疗前,两组患者相似,P>0.05,两组间差异不显著,无统计学意义;经过治疗后均得到显著改善,但研究组优于对照组,P<0.05,两组间存在显著差异,具有统计学意义。结论:平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the application of Pingyang mycin in the treatment of hemangioma of the pharynx and larynx.Methods:50 cases of laryngomaric hemangioma in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into the control group and the study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bleomycin.The group was treated with Pingyang mycin.The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction and quality of life before and after treatment were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results:The results were compared with those of the two groups.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was similar(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups was not significant,and the quality of life was significantly improved after treatment.But the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pingyangmycin injection in the treatment of pharyngolaryngeal hemangioma is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
