摘  要:随着新能源发电的迅速增加和能源供需广域平衡需求的日趋迫切,含新能源的大电网对柔性交流输电技术(FACTS)提出新的更高要求。在总结新能源发电背景和储能、MMC、WAMS等新兴技术的基础上,分析新能源的发电特性,对UPFC等FACTS接入电力系统的输电控制技术进行全面总结。针对UPFC接入新能源系统的潮流、稳定运行、电能质量等控制问题,提出了大电网新能源系统的关系结构模型及解决问题的思路,并指出UPFC控制技术与储能技术、新能源功率预测技术相结合,是减少因新能源发电并网而增加旋转备用容量投资的有效途径及重要方法。With the rapid increase of new energy power generation,large power grid with wind and solar power has put forward new requirements towards flexible alternating current transmission technology.Firstly,both the background of new energy power generation and the emerging technologies about energy storage,MMC,WAMS are summarized.Then,on the basis of the characteristics of new energy power generation,the control technologies of transmission about UPFC access to power system are analyzed.In order to solve the control problem of power flow,stable operation,and power quality in the power grid,the structure model of large power grid new energy system is put forward.Finally,combining UPFC with the technology of energy storage,which can reduce the investment of dealing with increasingly spinning reserve capacity because of new energy generation,it is the important way to solve the transporting problem of large power grid new energy system in the future.
