摘  要:目前,针对STATCOM与HVDC协调控制进行详细研究的文献较少。提出了一种兼顾系统暂、稳态特性的STATCOM和HVDC综合协调控制策略,该协调控制策略共包括稳态调压控制、稳态恒无功控制、暂态控制和闭锁控制4种模式,并为进一步抑制换相失败的发生提出暂态控制模式下的附加控制。基于实际工程控制逻辑和参数,搭建逆变侧含链式STATCOM的高压直流输电PSCAD/EMTDC模型,在多种工况下对所提协调控制策略进行仿真验证。研究表明:稳态工况下,该协调控制策略能减少电压波动,提高系统对电压控制的精确度;暂态工况下,该协调控制策略能抑制换相失败的发生,改善系统恢复特性,附加控制的加入能进一步改善系统暂态特性。At present,there are few literatures about the coordinated control of STATCOM and HVDC.A coordinated control strategy is proposed to balance the system stable and transient characteristics of STATCOM and HVDC.This coordinated control strategy includes steady-state voltage control,steady state constant reactive power control,transient control and interlocking control of 4 modes,and additional control transient control mode to further inhibit the commutation failure.Based on the actual engineering control logic and parameters,the HVDC PSCAD/EMTDC model with STATCOM on the inverter side is constructed.And the coordinated control strategy is simulated and verified under various conditions.Research shows that in the steady state conditions,the coordinated control strategy can reduce the voltage fluctuation,and improve the system of voltage control accuracy.In the transient conditions,the coordinated control strategy can restrain commutation failure,and improve the system recovery characteristics.And the additional control can further play its positive role.
