摘 要:总结了国内外热解技术研究中热解压力对煤热解产物性质的影响,随着热解压力的升高,煤热解主要产物煤焦油、煤气和半焦的产率和性质均发生一定变化。在煤焦油方面,惰性气氛不利于焦油产率的提高,但在氢气氛围下,有研究表明,提高热解压力,能够提高热解转化率和焦油产率。在气体产物方面,主要的研究表明,随着热解压力的提高,气体产率和甲烷含量随之增高。在半焦方面,大部分研究表明,压力提高会提高半焦产率,降低半焦比表面积,其活性随之降低;但也有研究表明,在氢气氛围下,半焦活性得到提高。The influence of pyrolysis pressure on the property of the pyrolysis products was concluded,which contained studies of pyrolysis technology at home and abroad.The yields and properties of main coal pyrolysis products like coal tar,gas,and semicoke were changed with the increase of pyrolysis pressure.In terms of coal tar,inert atmosphere inhibited the coal tar yield increase.But under the hydrogen atmosphere,it had shown that the pyrolytic conversion and the tar yield could be improved with the increase of pyrolysis pressure.In terms of gaseous product,main researches showed that gas yield and methane content were increased accordingly with the increase of pyrolysis pressure.In terms of semicoke,most of the researches showed that pyrolysis pressure increase would enhance semicoke yield,reduce the specific surface area of semicoke,and gasification reactivity was also decreased.But there were also studies showing that semicoke gasification reactivity was improved under hydrogen atmosphere.
