摘  要:介绍了煤催化气化加压流化床工艺,分析了3.5 MPa工况下的旋风分离器及连续返料系统的优化设计,主要包括设备结构尺寸、连续返料系统、运行维护及安全三方面。通过设备结构尺寸优化,解决了高压流化床气化炉煤粉粒径小、分离效率低的问题,同时减轻设备磨损;通过返料翼阀和仪表监测系统优化,使返料系统可控程度增高,减少堵料及外壁超温事故发生。运行维护及安全方面,通过特殊部位喷涂、增加膨胀节及补强筋板等措施,大幅提高设备使用寿命。The pressurized fluidized bed technology of catalytic coal gasification was introduced,with the optimization design of cyclone separator and continuous return system under the 3.5 MPa condition being analyzed,mainly including the equipment structure size,continuous return system,operation maintenance and safety.Through the optimization of the structure and size of the equipment,the problem of small coal particle size and low separation efficiency of the high pressure fluidized bed gasifier was solved,and the wear of the equipment was reduced at the same time.Through the optimization of the return wing valve and instrument monitoring system,the control degree of the material return system was increased and the over-temperature accidents in the plugged material and outer wall were reduced.In terms of operation maintenance and safety,equipment service life was greatly improved through such measures as spraying special parts,increasing expansion joints and reinforcing stiffeners.
