摘  要:从尿素合成、吸收、解吸和蒸发系统4个方面对2套年产4万t水溶液全循环尿素生产装置的节能扩产改造进行了分析,具体改造内容为:尿素合成塔内件改造、采用双塔并联流程和预蒸馏流程、改造一吸塔塔板、增设一分加蒸汽泠凝闪蒸膨胀槽、增设一吸冷却器和水冷器、加大二分塔的分离段、增设闪蒸蒸发段等。改造后尿素装置扩产到26万t/a,氨耗由800 kg/t降至570 kg/t,吨氨蒸汽消耗由2.20 t降到1.30 t。The energy saving and expansion renovation of the two urea plants of total circulation water solution method with an annual output of 40 thousand tons was analyzed from the aspects of urea synthesis,absorption,desorption and evaporation system.The renovation contents were as follows:modify the internals of the urea synthesis tower,adopt the parallel process and the pre distillation process,retrofit the tray of first absorption tower,add steam condensing flash expansion tank for first separation tower,add first absorption tower cooler and water cooler,increase the separation section of second separation tower,add flash evaporation section,etc.After renovation,the production capacity of the urea plants was expanded to 260 000 t/a,with ammonia consumption decreased from 800 kg/t to 570 kg/t and steam consumption per ton ammonia decreased from 2.20 t to 1.30 t.
