摘  要:某化工公司合成氨厂氨合成装置在夏季一直存在供冷不足、氨净值下降问题,严重制约装置满负荷运行,亟需改造。通过利用该公司生产过程中产生的大量低压蒸汽余热,设计采用蒸汽型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组,产生低温冷冻水冷却变换及合成工艺气,降低氨冷负荷,减少高压蒸汽用量,实现了增产降耗。For the ammonia synthesis plant of one chemical company,there were always such problems as insufficient cooling supply and decreasing net ammonia value in the summer,which had severely restricted plant operation at full load,requiring transformation urgently.By using the waste heat of a lot of low pressure steam generated during the production process of the company,the steam type LiBr absorption refrigeration unit was designed,producing cryogenic chilled water to cool shift and syngas,reducing the ammonia cold load,and lowering the consumption of high pressure steam.This had realized production increase and consumption reduction.
