摘  要:介绍了蒲城清洁能源化工有限公司甲醇合成工艺流程和存在问题,分析了甲醇合成催化剂使用周期缩短的原因:(1)装置运行初期工况不稳定;(2)预反应器催化剂快速失活,使合成塔催化剂负荷过高。通过对卸出预反应器催化剂检验分析及与同类装置设备结构对比,得出预反应器催化剂快速失活的原因是工艺气含羰基铁、催化剂硫中毒、石蜡影响、预反应器分布器设计不合理。就以上问题针对性提出了改造措施,对延长催化剂使用周期,提升装置运行水平有一定的借鉴意义。The methanol synthesis process and existing problems of PCEC were introduced,analyzing the reasons of catalyst short-lifetime in Pucheng methanol plant:(1)unstable initial operating condition of methanol plant;(2)too high catalyst load of synthesis tower which was caused by rapid catalyst deactivation of pre-reactor.According to the test analysis of catalyst discharged from pre-reactor and comparing the equipment structure of similar plants,the reasons for catalyst rapid deactivation in pre-reactor were carbonyl iron contained in process gas,sulfur poisoning,influence from paraffin,and improper design of pre-reactor distributor.The corresponding renovation measures on the above problems were proposed,which could be of certain reference for extending catalyst lifetime and improving plant operation level.
