等面积补强法在内压容器开孔补强中的应用和讨论

摘  要:针对压力容器开孔与开孔补强设计计算,介绍了等面积补强法。基于《压力容器》GB/T 150—2011的规定,对标准中等面积法补强计算和参数取值进行理论分析,并结合工程设计经验,提出以下几点建议:(1)开孔直径dop应比标准中的值大;(2)计算有效补强高度h时,接管实际伸出高度应从接管最短经线处取值;(3)对封头而言,有效厚度δe应以最小成形厚度替代名义厚度为计算基准;(4)另加的补强面积A4应根据补强元件设置位置考虑扣减腐蚀裕量C2,同时计入强度削弱系数fr。Equal-area method is one of the most commonly used reinforcement method in the design of pressure vessel openings and openings reinforcement.According to GB/T 150-2011 pressure vessel regulation,through the theoretical analysis of equal area reinforcement calculation and parameter selection in standard,combined with the engineering design experiences,a few ideas were put forward:(1)The opening diameter should be larger than the standard;(2)When the effective reinforcement height h was calculated,the actual height should be taken from the shortest meridian of the nozzle;(3)The effective thickness should replace the nominal thickness with the minimum forming thickness as the calculation base for the sealing head;(4)For the additional reinforcement area,according to the position of the reinforcing element,the corrosion allowance and the strength reduction coefficient should be considered.
