摘　　要：随着LTE网络的高速发展,越来越多的口碑场景和热点区域部署了LTE多载波。现网部分LTE多载波基站未做负荷均衡优化,载波之间存在着流量、用户和资源利用率等负荷不均衡的问题。针对各厂家负荷均衡功能进行分析研究,制定在不同场景下的策略及参数配置,达到均衡载波资源、提升系统容量、增强用户感知的目的。With the rapid development of LTE,more and more important scenes and hotspots have deployed LTE multi-carrier.At present,some LTE multi-carrier stations do not open the feature of load balance,and there is a load balance problem between carriers,such as traffic,users and resource utilization.The load balance function of each equipment dealer is analyzed and researched,and the strategy and parameter configuration under different scenarios are formulated to achieve the purpose of balancing carrier resources,enhancing system capacity and user perception.
