摘  要:云驾岭煤矿逐步进入深部开采,三高一扰动现象明显,深部大断面煤巷围岩强度低,煤体裂隙发育,原高强度锚网索联合支护无法维持煤巷围岩稳定,严重影响煤巷正常使用。结合双壳锚固支护理论和现场工程条件,确立该矿深部煤巷连续双壳锚注支护原则,优化巷道断面形状,通过向围岩体中进行注浆,在巷道浅部围岩和深部围岩中形成连续双壳支护结构,提高巷道围岩的自承能力,实现了围岩注浆与锚杆、锚索的耦合支护。通过现场工业性试验形成了锚注一体化施工工艺,在保证巷道支护施工质量的前提下,确保了煤巷施工效率,通过现场监测可知,顶板锚杆索支护有效率达到95%以上,两帮锚杆锚索有效率达到80%以上,充分发挥了锚杆锚索的支护功能,有效限制了巷道围岩的变形。Based on low strength of surrounding rock of deep coal roadway in large section of Yunjialing Mine,and the coal body crack was developed.The original high-strength anchor net rope combined with support cannot maintain the stabilily of surrounding rock of coal roadway,which seriously affected the normal use of coal roadway.Combined with the theory of double hull anchorage support and on-site engineering conditions,the mine continuous double skin deep coal roadway anchor support in principle was established to optimize roadway cross section shape,through the circumference of grouting in rock mass,formed in surrounding rock of roadway surrounding rock of shallow and deep continuous double hull supporting structure,improved the bearing capacity of surrounding rock of roadway,surrounding rock grouting and anchor,the anchor coupling support.Through the field industrial test form construction technology of anchor note integration,on the premise of guarantee the quality of roadway support construction,ensured the efficiency of coal roadway construction,through the field monitoring,the roof bolt rope supporting efficiently achieved 95%above,two efficient anchor bars of 80%or more,gave full play to the function of bolt anchor cable support,effectively limited the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.
