摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流术联合清创整形根治术对胸外科患者术后伤口深部感染疗效对比。方法选择我院在2014年1月—2017年12月接诊的胸外科术后感染患者60例进行研究。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用负压封闭引流对切口感染进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加以清创整形根治术。对比两组患者疗效评价、感染控制时间、创面愈合时间、复发率及疼痛。结果观察组有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组感染控制时间、创面愈合时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS得分相当(P>0.05),治疗后两组VAS得分均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后得分明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流术联合清创整形根治术提高胸外科患者术后伤口深部感染疗效较好,缩短感染控制时间及创面愈合时间,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure combined drainage and debridement on deep wound infection after thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 60 thoracic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected for study.Patients were divided into two groups using random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with negative pressure and drainage to treat the wound infection.The observation group was treated with debridement and plastic surgery.The efficacy evaluation,infection control time,wound healing time,recurrence rate,and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The infection control time and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure closure drainage combined with debridement and plastic radical resection can improve the effect of wound infection in thoracic surgery patients,shorten the infection control time and wound healing time,and reduce the recurrence rate.
