摘　　要：目的观察放射介入疗法在产后及异常妊娠子宫出血临床治疗中的应用效果。方法择取本院于2016年1月—2018年5月收治的产后及异常妊娠子宫出血患者102例,采用随机数字表划分为观察组(51例)以及对照组(51例),观察组患者接受放射介入治疗,对照组患者接受常规治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.12%;对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为72.55%;两组数据组间差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对产后及异常妊娠子宫出血患者采用放射介入疗法,临床效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy in the clinical treatment of postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding.Methods 102 postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)with random number table as reference.The patients in observation group received radiotherapy and the patients in control group received routine treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.12%.The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 72.55%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of radiation interventional therapy for postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding patients has a very objective clinical effect.
