吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗高血压伴心力衰竭患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗高血压伴心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在我院接受治疗的高血压伴心衰患者228例的病历资料,分为对照组(培哚普利)和治疗组(吲达帕胺联合培哚普利),每组114例,对比其治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率97.4%;对照组总有效率88.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项指标均优于治疗前,且治疗组患者的舒张压、收缩压、左心室射血分数等指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的心率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合培哚普利能够改善高血压伴心力衰竭患者的心肌指标,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of indapamide combined with pidopril in the treatment of hypertension and heart failure.Methods In January 2015-December 2017 in our hospital for treatment of hypertension patients with heart failure with 228 cases of medical records,were divided into control group(without perindopril split)and treatment group(indapamide and without perindopril split),114 cases in each group,compared the treatment effects.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.4%.The total effective rate of the control group was 88.6%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicators such as diastolic and systolic blood pressure,left ventricular ejection fraction were better than before treatment in both groups,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),expert for heart rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Indapamide combined with perindopril can improve myocardial index and therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension and heart failure.
