高血压患者合并心房颤动的心脏超声的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析高血压合并心房颤动患者心脏超声变化情况。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月我院收治的64例高血压合并心房颤动患者为研究组,选取同期于我院就诊的64例高血压患者为对照组,比较两组患者心脏超声检查结果。结果研究组患者左房内径、E/A指数与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);左室舒张末期内径、室间隔/左室后壁指数与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压合并心房颤动患者心脏超声检查明显可见左心房扩大问题,医者可根据超声检查结果结合临床表现进行诊断,以便为后续医疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the changes of cardiac ultrasound in patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods Sixty-four patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study group,sixty-four hypertensive patients treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,the results of echocardiography were compared between the two groups.Results The left atrial diameter and E/A index of the study group were statistically significant different compared with the control group(P<0.05),left ventricular end diastolic diameter,interventricular septum/left ventricular posterior wall index were not statistically significant different compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Cardiac ultrasonography clearly shows left atrial enlargement in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation,doctors can diagnose the illness according to the results of ultrasound examination and clinical manifestations,so as to provide reference for follow-up medical treatment.
