心理护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析眼外伤致眼球摘除患者实施心理护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月我院收治的眼外伤致眼球摘除的患者87例为本次研究对象,根据心理护理干预开展前后分成两组,开展前组患者实施优质护理,开展后组在此基础上实施心理护理,比较开展前后两组心理状况变化评分。结果两组接受护理前心理状况评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经护理后,开展后组SDS为(43.28±5.63)分、SAS为(44.53±5.27)分,开展前组SDS为(51.23±5.21)分、SAS为(50.73±4.65)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼外伤致眼球摘除患者在优质护理的基础上开展心理护理对疏导患者不良情绪,积极配合治疗等具有积极的意义。Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with enucleation due to ocular trauma.Methods Eighty-seven cases of eyeball enucleation due to ocular trauma from March 2016 to March 2018 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups before and after the implementation of psychological nursing intervention.The former group was given high quality nursing.The latter group implemented psychological care on this basis and the changes in psychological status between two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the psychological status scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS was(43.28±5.63),SAS was(44.53±5.27)in latter group.SDS was(51.23±5.21),and SAS was(50.73±4.65)in former group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with enucleation due to ocular trauma on the basis of high quality nursing can release patients'negative emotions and actively cooperate with the treatment.
