摘　　要：目的研究外伤性玻璃体积血使用玻璃体切割术患者的临床护理方式。方法选取2015年10月—2017年12月我院接收的60例玻璃体切割手术治疗的外伤性玻璃体积血患者来进行研究,为患者提供全面护理干预,采取问卷调查来收集患者的满意度情况。结果护理后患者的眼压得到了改善(P<0.05)。护理前后VAS评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外伤性玻璃体积血患者接受玻璃体切割手术治疗的临床护理能够提升患者满意度,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of patients with traumatic vitreous hemorrhage who underwent vitrectomy.Methods 60 cases of vitreous hemorrhage treated by vitrectomy in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2017 were studied and analyzed in order to provide comprehensive nursing intervention,a questionnaire survey was used to collect the patient's satisfaction.Results The intraocular pressure was significantly improved after nursing(P<0.05).The VAS scores before and after nursing were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing of vitreous surgery for traumatic vitreous hemorrhage patients can improve the patient's satisfaction,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the risk of complications.
