腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后采用舒适护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理措施在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者中的应用效果。方法将2017年1—12月在我院接受经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术的86例患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者应用常规护理方法,研究组在常规护理基础上进行舒适护理措施干预,对比两组患者护理满意度及VAS评分。结果干预后研究组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),VAS评分方面,干预前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者在常规护理方法基础上进行舒适护理措施干预,能够有效改善患者疼痛情况及提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of comfortable nursing measures in patients undergoing nucleus pulposusectomy with lumbar disc herniation through percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy.Methods 86 patients who underwent percutaneous transforaminal lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January to December 2017 were studied as subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods.The study group was treated with comfort nursing measures on the basis of conventional nursing care and the nursing satisfaction measures and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing nucleus pulposusectomy with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery for nucleus pulposus,comfort nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing interventions can release the pain and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
