低领弧形切口在甲状腺癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨低领弧形切口在甲状腺癌手术中的应用。方法 2017年1月至2017年6月门诊复查的甲状腺癌术后患者中,低领弧形切口与非低领弧形切口复查患者采取满意度评分调查,比较外观满意度以及并发症(喉返神经损伤、甲状旁腺损伤、乳糜漏)差异性。结果低领弧形切口在术后美观效果方面明显优于非低领弧形切口组,比较并发症发生率两组无明显差异。结论低领弧形切口在甲状腺癌手术中,可以在保证清扫彻底的前提下,改善术后切口美观,提高患者生活质量。Objective Discuss the of low transvers arc collar incision in operation for thyroid carcinoma.Methods During 2017-1 to 2017-6,the patients postoperation for thyroid carcinoma were divided into two groups:Group A is low transvers arc collar incision,Group B is non-low transvers arc collar incision.The two group were estimated through postoperative appearance and compared with complications.Results There is no difference in complications(recurrent larygeal nerve palsy,hypocalcemia,chyle leakcage),Group A is better than Group B in postoperative appearance.Conclusion The low transvers arc collar incision is the ideal choice for thyroid carcinoma surgery,with a thorough treatment,a satisfactory postoperative appearance and better quality of life.
