摘 要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者脂蛋白(a)与冠心病的相关性。方法选择本院心脏中心疑似冠心病的原发性高血压患者病例200例,测定脂蛋白(a)水平。根据冠脉造影结果分为原发性高血压组110例,高血压合并冠心病组90例,对两组数据之间的生化指标及脂蛋白(a)水平进行比较,以合并冠心病与否行logistic回归分析。结果原发性高血压组、原发性高血压合并冠心病组脂蛋白(a)对数水平分别为(1.91±0.49)、(2.12±0.51)。多因素logistic回归分析得出:脂蛋白(a)水平的升高提示原发性高血压患者发生冠心病的危险因素。结论脂蛋白(a)水平的升高与原发性高血压患者发生冠心病成正相关。Objective To study the relationship between 1lipoprotein(a)and coronary heart disease in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 200 cases of primary hypertension with suspected coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital,and the level of lipoprotein(a)was determined.According to the results of coronary angiography,110 patients were divided into primary hypertension group and 90 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.To compare the biochemical indices and lipoprotein(a)levels between the two groups of data,Logistic regression analysis of the patients with coronary heart disease.Results The Lp(a)logarithm were significantly higher in EH plus CHD group than in simple EH group(1.91±0.49)vs(2.12±0.51).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Lp(a)and serum and levels were risks factors for CHD in EH patients.Conclusion Lp(a)is associated with CHD in EH patients.
