乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的钼靶和MRI诊断分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析钼靶以及MRI检查在诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的作用价值。方法 10例经过手术病理证实为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的患者临床诊断资料进行分析,所有的患者均经过钼靶X线和MRI检查。结果 MRI图像显示7例患者导管内乳头状瘤的部位以及形态,5例患者边界清晰,2例边缘不规整,肿块的T1WI等信号或者低信号,T2WI等信号或者稍高,有部分肿块位于囊状扩张的导管内。钼靶X线检查仅有3例患者检查出来,病灶的形态等与MRI相似,1例患者可见病灶所在的部位有沙粒状钙化。结论对于乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的患者,行MRI检查结果比钼靶X线更加理想,清晰的显示病灶情况,临床检查应该根据具体情况选择。Objective To compare the value of molybdenum target and MRI diagnosis in breast ductal papilloma.Methods The clinical diagnosis data of 10 patients with breast intraductal papilloma were analyzed by surgical pathology.All the patients underwent molybdenum target X ray and MRI examination.Results The MRI images showed 7 cases with intraductal papilloma area and form,the boundary is clear,5 patients,2 cases of edge is not neat,lumps of T1WI signal or low signal,such as T2WI signal or slightly higher,some lumps in cystic expansion of intraductal.Molybdenum target X-ray examination showed only 3 patients,and the shape of the lesion was similar to that of MRI.In 1 patient,the lesion was found in the site of the lesion with granular calcification.Conclusion For patients with breast intraductal papilloma,MRI examination results are more ideal than molybdenum target X-ray,and the lesion is clearly displayed.The clinical examination should be selected according to the specific situation.
