摘　　要：中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞活化时释放的网状物质,它具有抗感染、抗炎、促炎、促凝等多种生物活性,并参与多种自身免疫性疾病的病理进程。研究发现在抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies)相关性血管炎(ANCA-associated vasculitis,AAV)血管损伤部位存在NETs的高表达,而且AAV患者的外周血中NETs水平升高,并在AAV的发病机制中有重要作用。本文就NETs在AAV中的相关研究成果进行综述。The neutrophil extracellular traps(NET s)is a reticular substance released by neutrophil activation.It has a variety of biological activities,such as anti-infection,anti-inflammatory,proinflammatory and procoagulant.And NETs is involved in the pathology of various autoimmune diseases process.NETs were found in the vascular injury site,and the level of NETs in the peripheral blood of ANCA(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody)-related vasculitis(AAV)was increased.This article will summarize the NET s in the AAV in the relevant research results.
