摘　　要：目的分析结核性脑膜炎(结脑)并发低钠血症的临床特点,探讨低钠血症对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析我院收治的104例结脑合并低钠血症患者的诊治经过和预后。结果低钠血症的严重程度与结脑的预后呈正相关,血钠越低预后越差。结论低钠血症严重影响结脑患者的预后,及时纠正低钠血症,是改善预后、降低死亡率的有效手段,值得临床关注。Objective To analyze the Clinical features of Tuberculous Meningitis with Hyponatremia,To explore the effection of hyponatremia on prognosis.Methods We retrospective analyzed the treatment and prognosis of 104 cases with tuberculous meningitis and hyponatremia.Results The severity of hyponatremia was positively correlated with prognosis of tuberculous meningitis,the lower the serum sodium,the worse the prognosis.Conclusion The hyponatremia in patients will severely affect prognosis of tuberculous meningitis.The treatment of the effective correction of hyponatremia can improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality rate.It is an effective method.It deserves clinical attention.
